The build

Dirt first. Keys last.

A custom home is a sequence. We run it in order, on your land, without handing the job off when the dirt gets hard or the finish gets fussy.

Dirtwork

Clearing, pad, drainage, drive, and utilities. The house is only as good as the ground under it.

02

Foundation

Engineered slab or stem wall, formed and poured for Oklahoma soil — not a guess.

Why us

The dirt and the finish are the same job.

Most builders want the house after the lot is ready. Most dirt crews want nothing to do with cabinets. That gap is where schedules slip, drainage fails, and nobody owns the result.

We start on raw ground and we stay through millwork. When the kitchen is out of square or the porch drains the wrong way, you talk to the people who graded the pad.

Services

Custom homes, and the work that makes them stand.

Site & dirtwork

Clearing, excavation, grading, drainage, septic, driveways, and utilities so the house sits on ground that will last.

Custom homes

Full general contracting from foundation through certificate of occupancy. Craftsman, farmhouse, and one-off plans.

Finish carpentry

Millwork, kitchens, baths, floors, and the last details that make a custom house feel like it was built for you.

The kind of home we build

Wood, stone, metal, and light.

Houses that sit on the land instead of fighting it. Porches you will actually use. Interiors that will still look right in twenty years.
