Process

A house is a sequence. We run it in order.

No mystery. You always know what phase you are in, what comes next, and who is accountable for it.

Dirt to keys

Six phases. One crew.

Every custom home we take on follows the same spine. Plans and selections change. The order of the work does not.

01

Land, plans, and dirtwork

We walk the lot before anyone draws a garage. Slope, drainage, trees, utilities, access, and soil decide more about the house than a Pinterest board does. Then we clear, grade, and set the pad.

  • Site walk and feasibility
  • Clearing, excavation, and pad
  • Drainage, drive, and utility paths
  • Permits and engineered drawings as required
02

Foundation

Oklahoma dirt moves. The foundation is where we spend the time so the rest of the house does not have to argue with it later. Slab, stem wall, or basement — whatever the site and the plan call for, formed and poured correctly.

  • Layout, forming, and steel
  • Plumbing under slab
  • Pour, finish, and cure
03

Frame and weather

Walls up, roof on, windows in. The house becomes a shape you can walk. We dry it in before the finish trades ever show up, so the millwork is not sitting in a wet shell.

  • Floor, wall, and roof framing
  • Sheathing, roof, and housewrap
  • Windows, exterior doors, dried-in
04

Mechanicals

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC go in while the walls are still open. This is the unglamorous work that makes a custom house livable — and the last chance to get it right without tearing finish out.

  • Rough plumbing and electrical
  • HVAC design and install
  • Inspections before insulation and drywall
05

Finish

Insulation, drywall, paint, floors, tile, cabinets, trim, fixtures. This is where a custom home either feels considered or feels like a production house with nicer hardware. We stay on it.

  • Interior surfaces and paint
  • Kitchens, baths, and millwork
  • Exterior finishes, porches, and walks
06

Punch, walkthrough, keys

We walk the house with you, write the list, and close it. Warranty starts when you have the keys — not when we are tired of the job.

  • Final inspections and occupancy
  • Owner walkthrough and punch list
  • Handover of keys, manuals, and contacts

What we need from you

Land, a budget, and a point of view.

Bring a lot if you have one. Bring a sketch, a magazine tear, or a sentence about how you live. We will tell you what the dirt will cost, what the house will take, and whether we should be the builder.

If we are not the right fit, we will say so early. That is cheaper for everyone than finding out at framing.
