Dirtwork & site prep
Clearing, excavation, pad, drainage, erosion control, driveways, and utility trenches. A custom house on a bad grade is a custom problem. We start here on purpose.
Services
Full custom homes are the main work. Dirtwork, foundations, and finish are not extras — they are how the house gets built.

Clearing, excavation, pad, drainage, erosion control, driveways, and utility trenches. A custom house on a bad grade is a custom problem. We start here on purpose.

Engineered slabs, stem walls, and basement work sized to the soil and the plan. Formed, poured, and finished so framing has something honest to sit on.

Full general contracting from dirt to keys. Craftsman, farmhouse, and one-off designs. You get a builder, not a salesperson and a stack of subs.

Walls, floors, roof, sheathing, windows, and weather barrier. The house becomes a building you can walk, inspect, and finish.

Kitchens, baths, millwork, floors, tile, paint, and fixtures. The rooms you will live in every day, built as carefully as the slab.

Wraparounds, covered porches, walks, and the outdoor rooms that belong on a Green Country lot. Built with the house, not tacked on later.
Scope
If the job is a custom house — or the dirtwork and foundation that a custom house requires — we want to talk. If it is a punch-list of odds and ends with no plan, we will probably send you to someone else.
We build in Green Country: Fort Gibson, Muskogee, Tahlequah, Wagoner, and the counties around them. Further out is a conversation about the lot and the schedule.
Do you have land? What do you want to live in? What can the budget actually carry once the dirt is honest? We answer those before anyone talks selections.
